Hi Valarmathi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. In AdWords API, you can mutateMembers by using the AdWordsUserList service to remove users from your user list.

For Google Ads API, this currently isn't possible, but there is a request for this feature to be added in the future. In the meantime, please follow our blog for more updates on this concern and for new releases.
