Update Expanded Text Ads Error

to AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum

I'm trying to use the update_expanded_text_ads.py Python script but when I try to run it for a specific ad I get an error:

GoogleAdsServerFault: [EntityNotFound.INVALID_ID @ operations[0].operand.id; trigger:'AdId: #########']

I've checked my googleads.yaml file and confirmed it's the correct account that has the certain ad.

Can I get some assistance with this? I have request logs I'm willing to share to try to get this sorted out.

Hi Scott,

Please double check whether you are using a client account ID or manager account ID when making the request. If it is the former, please reply privately to author your full request and response so I can take a closer look.
