Change Status Service Internal Errors for Certain Date Ranges

Our account had a large volume of label changes for keywords in the timespan given.  Our change status query



SELECT
    change_status.ad_group_criterion,
    change_status.ad_group_feed,
    change_status.campaign,
    change_status.campaign_criterion,
    change_status.campaign_feed,
    change_status.feed,
    change_status.feed_item,
    change_status.resource_status,
    change_status.resource_type,
    change_status.last_change_date_time
FROM 
    change_status
WHERE 
    change_status.resource_type IN ('AD_GROUP_CRITERION') AND
    change_status.last_change_date_time  >= '2021-09-13 13:20:00.0000000' AND
    change_status.last_change_date_time  < '2021-09-13 14:32:00.0000000'
ORDER BY 
     change_status.last_change_date_time 
LIMIT 10000

returns with internal error consistently. If I change the time ranges, I can eventually find a range that will succeed. 

Example of successful range


SELECT
    change_status.ad_group_criterion,
    change_status.ad_group_feed,
    change_status.campaign,
    change_status.campaign_criterion,
    change_status.campaign_feed,
    change_status.feed,
    change_status.feed_item,
    change_status.resource_status,
    change_status.resource_type,

    change_status.last_change_date_time  >= '2021-09-13 13:20:00.0000000' AND
    change_status.last_change_date_time  < '2021-09-13 14:15:00.0000000'

     change_status.last_change_date_time 
LIMIT 10000

Thank you for raising your concern.

To investigate, could you provide the complete request and response logs with request ID generated on your end where we can see the error? 

If you haven't enabled the logging of the API transactions for the specific client library that you are using, then please refer to the specific guide below:
You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.

I've followed up even more aggressively to try to get some information here. I will let you know if I learn anything that can help.

Unfortunately, we can't provide any ETA for when this might happen. Please don't worry about following up for updates. I understand that this is negatively impacting you and I'm trying to get someone to help.
