I need to know that whether I can change my business in the remarketing tag set up field or I can't Change. If I can change please let me know the process to do.

Moving forward to your concern, could you please confirm you are using Google Ads API? I ask this because upon checking our Google Ads API documentation, we haven't found anything regarding “remarketing tag setup field” and it is more likely related to Tag manager. With that being said, what we can do is to advise you to reach out to the Tag Manager support team because they are more equipped regarding your concern.
