Create a new billing setup error

Hello, Google Ads API Team:

When creating a new billing setup using an existing Payments account ,it reported an error and returned code=INTERNAL, description= INTERNAL Error notice., cause=null. I'm curious why?Because I've already tried it twice

Since you mentioned that creating a new billing setup using an existing Payments account it returned code=INTERNAL, description= INTERNAL Error notice., cause=null, then for us to investigate further, could you please provide us with the complete request and response logs with the request-id generated in text format?

ou may enable logging so you’ll get complete request and response logs along with request-id by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. Please provide the complete logs via reply privately to author option.
