Missing discovery campaign

Hi all,

in one Ads account we've got four discovery campaigns, three older one which are currently paused and a new one which started at the end of April and already generated a lot of impressions, clicks and costs. The latter one just doesn't keep showing up in a 'campaign' report (no filters set).

Are there any known issues with newly created (discovery) campaigns?

I can understand your concern that there are campaigns that are not showing in the report. For us to further investigate the issue, could you please provide us with a complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end? If you haven't enabled the logging yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access here https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/client-libs?hl=en.

In addition, please provide us with the full non-cropped and non-redacted screenshot of the UI report which you are trying to fetch via API showing the missing Campaign.

Lastly, please provide these details via Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.
