Waiting for API developer token Basic Access Application

Hello Team,

I had submitted the Google Ads API developer token Basic Access Application on Nov 1st, 2023. It has been more than 2 weeks since then neither I have received any application acknowledgement email nor I have received a basic access token permission. 

We really need to get this access in order to improve our internal analytics and reporting urgently.

Please do contact me if there is any problem.

The details of my API access application are as below.

· Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 692-632-5835

· Cases ID: 6-0271000035362

· Access level: Basic API access

Can you please give me the permissions as fast as possible?

Hello,

we're currently facing the sampe Problem. We submittet a request for basic acces two weeks ago in anticipaction of a new Product launch on the 15th, but haven't received anything yet (no rejection/confirmation, no mail etc.)
Should I simply re-submit the application?

• MCC ID: 674-705-0333 
• Case ID: Didn't receive one

I also already filled out this form https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api?hl=en&sjid=14169067069565289698-EU a couple of days ago but haven't heard back either.

Hello, I am facing the same issue. I applied for Basic Access ~10 days back. I did not receive any acknowledgement of my request, and I don't see any open cases. Please help expedite the process, and please share status of the same.
