How to make a test environment

Good afternoon, I would like to know how I can create a management test environment to test the functionality of a software I create without receiving any credit for running campaigns. I appreciate your help.

I tried to do it like this but I get the following warning and I don't know how to connect it to my python code if I don't have the credentials

Hi,

Note that the API center is only available for production MCC accounts and we can obtain a developer token for MCC accounts not for client accounts and test accounts. I would suggest you refer to the "Obtain a developer token" documentation for detailed instructions.

I understand it, but it causes me uncertainty as to how I can test the app I am designing without running the risk of generating some unnecessary expense. Is there a method to be able to try it without taking risks?

As informed earlier, the API center is only available for production MCC accounts, and we can obtain a developer token for MCC accounts not for client accounts and test accounts. However, as the issue is related to the Google Ads UI,  based on the Google Ads account ID (4781945000) that you shared, the best way to get more information about your issue is the Google Ads Help Center. You can also utilize the Google Ads Communities for additional support.
