How can I get call Extensions through a query in  Google Ads API

Thank you for posting your concern. Allow me to provide support here.

If you still have extensions that used Extension Setting Services, then you can use the following reports:
ad_group_extension_setting
campaign_extension_setting
customer_extension_setting

Otherwise, if you still have extensions that used Feeds Services, then you can use the below report instead:
extension_feed_item

However, if you are already migrated to asset-based extensions, then you can use the following reports:
asset_field_type_view
ad_group_asset
campaign_asset
customer_asset
