Could not load file or assembly 'Google.Apis.Auth'

Hello Team,

I have installed "Google.Apis.Auth, Version=1.48.0.0" in window service(class library). But, when I run. It given me following error.

"Could not load file or assembly 'Google.Apis.Auth, Version=1.46.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=4b01fa6e34db77ab' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

I have tried un-install and re-install. It's working properly.

Can you help me on this error?

I have created one window service(c# technology). And, I have implemented " Upload Click Conversions" functionality using "Google Ads API" in it. Following are the nuget packages and it's version, which I have used:
1. Google.Ads.GoogleAds (Version: 9.0.0.0)
2. Google.Apis (Version: 1.48.0.0)
3. Google.Apis.Auth (Version: 1.48.0.0)

From following, it will throw the "Could not load file or assembly 'Google.Apis.Auth, Version=1.46.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=4b01fa6e34db77ab' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." I have added the  Version=1.48.0.0 for Google.Apis.Auth. But, why it's throwing error related Version=1.46.0.0? I have tried un-install and re-install the nuget packages of "Google Ads API". It's still not working. I'm getting same error. I'm not getting idea. Can you help me on this?

Hi Rinki,

Thanks for providing us with more information on this. The issue seems to be related to the .NET client library. I see you are on v8, so I would recommend installing the newest version of the library, v10. If the issue persists, you can reach out to the client library owners here.
