I am not able to understand how dynamic ad targeting works?

If you see in the attachment, I have added multiple webpage criteria.
Two webpage criteria have multiple conditions.

All I want to know "Is my audience getting narrow down??" or each criteria works as OR gate and condition work as And gate or vice versa?

Please help me out.
