Google Ads Api Access level upgrade: no response over 2 weeks

Hi team,

I submitted the API access upgrade application over 2 weeks ago. I've also tried to contact the compliance team using this form and still no response. https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api

I haven't received any email regarding my case so I'm not sure where to check my Case Id.

The MCC account is 565-674-8278

We're in urgent need and need to deliver things using the API this week. Can anyone pls give an update on this?
