SoapAPI failure (UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR) around 9:00 AM PST

Hi AdWords team,

It seems we have experienced lots of SOAP API errors during this period. We didn't change anything from our client side. Is this a known issues? Thanks!

We have fixed the issue and you should no longer see this error. Please let me know if are still facing issues.
