I am using adword api version v201008  in sandbox mode.
When I add text keyword "Sony" using API it give me error  [PolicyViolationError.POLICY_ERROR @ operations[0].operand.criterion.text; trigger:'Sony']

Can you please tell to solve the error.

Is Sony is reserved keyword in Adword that I can't use ?

Hi Shi,

AdWords has policies for usage of trademark terms in ads. That's most
likely what triggered the policy error on "Sony". More details are
available here: http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=6118

It is possible to submit ads when your ads have policy violations that
are exemptable. You have to add an exemption request in your ad when
you get a policy violation. Here's a link to a code example that shows
how to handle policy violation errors in your code.
