Problem with google ads token

Hi,
We have applied for verification of our token twice now and now reply over 1 month.
We need to verify this token in order to run our portal which should retrieve ads data based on permissions. currently we can only use test accounts.

This is our manage account:
702-950-4684

I also attach a screenshot of the open tickets.

What to do at this point ?
