Hello Team,
Can you help on how I can whitelist my Google ads account in order to create new audience and intake first-party data from other sources. I'm getting this ADVERTISER_NOT_WHITELISTED_FOR_USING_UPLOADED_DATA error while creating a new audience.
Could anyone assist me on this issue.

Thank you for posting your concern.
In order to upload customer match in your account by either using UI or API, you will need to meet the requirements discussed on this document first. Then, after completing the requirements, you will need to reach out to your account manager or Google representative in order to allowlist your account for uploading customer match.
