Sorry to bother you again, but we are having some problems again.

We used mutateCampaigns to create ads in batches. Too many requests was incorrectly reported, but we have requested API standard access.

• If using the AdWords API
  • complete SOAP logs (request and response with requestId)
• If using the Google Ads API
  • complete logs (request and response with request-id)

As an aside, I've checked on the MCC account (633-583-5395) provided and I can see that this account still has the Basic Access level.
