Target Postal Codes Canada

Hi,

I am trying to target multiple postal codes, not just the first three characters of the postal code (in canada), but the full postal code, 

When in Locations, I can add the FSA (first three characters, and when in Radius I can select the full postal code but as expected, its with a radius but this is not what I need.

Does anyone know of a way I can add specific postal codes in Canada and preferably a bulk upload solution?
