Placement names are not matching with data in Adwords API

Hi

We are fetching the Placements data from the Adwords API with the following parameters

Our Placement names are in Japanese language and the api data is showing the placement names in some encoded format like UCTqJWc0rFC4aBlKYnecdEVw.

Please help us in getting the placement names in the exact language only. Please find the attachment.

So I can further investigate the issue, could you provide your Client customer ID which you are encountering the issue via Reply privately to author?
