Is it possible to download Customized Reports from Adwords via API?

Hi,

I have created a custom report in Reports menu of Adwords Account. I want to know is it possible to download this report via Adwords API?

The AdWords API has these set of reports and could be download in these formats. Please check out reporting basic guide for more details.
