Google Ads Basic Access Request

Hi,

I've been trying to get Basic Access to the Google Ads API for a couple of weeks now, but I never heard back from Google in any of the applications I submitted. 

Can you please get in touch so I can understand the status of my application and if there's anything wrong with my applicatio? We're really looking forward to use the API, as it's part of our product roadmap.

I have been waiting for months without any reply. It's terrible, Don't have any contact line or anything for me to know what's happening in Google API Team. 

Disappointed. And this support groups is just working like a ROBOT. Just ok I know this issue and forward to related team ....
