[Urgent Help] AdWords API center "pending approval"

Hi all, 

I have a manager account and the api center api key's access level is "Pending Approval" there for a long time, more than a month already. Contacted my local AdWords support team but they cannot access my information and pointed me here. I haven't received any email notification say application failed or anything like that. So I am not sure are there anything pending on my action or I should just wait.

Can anyone here help me out of that or point me to right place?

Have you filled out the second part of the application form? If not, please go ahead and fill it out. Once you submit that form, the AdWords API Compliance team will respond with an answer within a business day.
