Hi there,

There is a limit of 15,000 operations/ day for the Basic Access Developer Token, if we surpass this limit we will run into RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error. At the same time, there must be at most 20 user identifiers per OfflineUserDataJobOperation or else we will run into the TOO_MANY_USER_IDENTIFIERS error.

Thus, as far as I understand, we can only sync to Google Ads Customer Match maximum 20 x 15,000 = 300,000 profiles per day.
Yet when we tried to sync 127,000 profiles to Customer Match, we found that around 65,000 encountered Resource Exhausted error.

Could you let me know if I understand correctly? And how should I resolve this problem so that I can maximize the number of profiles synced to Google given the 15,000 operations/ day limit?

Thank you very much

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

After reviewing your concern, I understand that you are seeking to maximize the number of profiles for Google Ads customer match.

In order to investigate further, please provide us with the complete updated API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end along with the error screenshot.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java.NetPHPPythonRuby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
