MCC, SUBMCC, Client getting USER_PERMISSION_DENIED

Hello Team,

I am currently trying to connect to my Google Ads API. In my company we're using a MCC with a (Sub)MCC which manages some customers. I want to access the customers. I'm using the Python library where I have tried both the Desktop and Service OAuth 2.0 Clients. I'm putting in the (Sub)MCC ID as 'login_customer_id' but I'm still getting "USER_PERMISSION_DENIED". The MCC is under the same Google Workspace as the where the project for the IAM & Admin is located. Do you have any tips? I have also tried putting in the MCC's ID as login_customer_id but it seems to give the same result

Thank you for reaching out. Could you please share the complete request and response logs along with the client customer id and the email that you used to generate the OAuth2 credentials via the Reply privately to author option for us to further investigate?

Unfortunately the reply to author button is greyed out even though I changed my default email to mail.google.com. Is there anyway else for me to send it privately?
