Report query doesn't match the UI

Hi,
I can get data from the API after changing the campaigns (pausing and adding new ones)
here is the query I used to get the data by

SELECT  segments.date, customer.currency_code, campaign.id, campaign.name, ad_group.id, ad_group.name, metrics.clicks, metrics.cost_micros, metrics.engagements, metrics.impressions, video.duration_millis, metrics.video_quartile_p100_rate, metrics.video_quartile_p25_rate, metrics.video_quartile_p50_rate, metrics.video_quartile_p75_rate, metrics.video_views, segments.ad_network_type, ad_group_ad.ad.id, ad_group_ad.ad.name, video.channel_id, video.id, video.title, segments.device FROM video WHERE segments.date BETWEEN '2022-08-19' AND '2022-08-26'

After doing this change on a given day on 17/8,
I can see the data on the downloaded csv file from the google ads, but I get a response with no data while using the API

• CID / Complete request and response logs with the request-id generated
• Complete Google Ads UI screenshot without cropping and showing the data 

For the client library, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.
