Basic access level for developer token

Hello,

I sent the application form to upgrade the developer token from test to basic level but the email reply back that I did not have much more ads advertising (I just created the google ads account for using the Google ads API).

Is there another way to get the basic access level for the developer token? I have to use it for many advertising productions. Previously, I access API and practised using API via test account and test developer token.

With regard to your concern, I am afraid that this is the only way for you to apply for a basic access. Could you confirm if these are the steps you've followed? If yes, then you can make changes to your application, provide more details on your solution, and apply again.
