Hi Google Ads API team,

Is Google Ads API supported for Performance Max for retail campaign types? Can client retrieve pMax campaign performance data (as displayed in Google Ads UI such as cost, conversions, conversion value, etc.) with Google Ads API?

Google Ads API v9.0 (2021-11-03) Release Note it is supported for pMax campaigns but kindly confirm whether this is true since one of our largest client is having difficulties to integrate Googld Ads API with their pMax for retail campaign even after following the integration guide, and this is stopping client from starting this new campaign (it also has revenue impact for Google).

>> Yes, you may use the campaign report to get campaign performance data. You may also use campaign_query_builder to construct your GAQL query containing performance data fields.

Could you provide us with the complete request and response logs with the request-id generated, so our team can better check?

For the client library, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (select library) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option.
