How to tag offline data with gCLID

Hi,

Here I am facing an issue with People clicking on my ad and after that going to store for purchase.How can i attribute this transaction to my campaign?Is there any API available for this?

What data i have is only the gCLID and the name,email address,phone number which is provided by my store. How will i map these users since i dont know which gclid belongs to which user.

Is there a way to capture email id of visitors coming to website along with GCLID??

Please help me to find a solution.

• How can i attribute this transaction to my campaign? Is there any API available for this?  >>> For this concern, please try using this click_view report and select the click_view.ad_group_ad field in your request because this field allows you to retrieve the associate ad. That said, you can use the ad that you retrieved in order to know the campaign associated with it.
• What data i have is only the gCLID and the name,email address,phone number which is provided by my store. How will i map these users since i dont know which gclid belongs to which user.  >>> Kindly note that our team provides technical support to conversions. That said, I would suggest reaching out to the Product support team via this link as this is more of a product related concern.
• Is there a way to capture email id of visitors coming to website along with GCLID??  >>> I am afraid that getting / fetching email ids of the visitors is not possible using the Google Ads API.
