Hey Google Ads team,

Is it possible to track conversions that took place on the website, but were not sent to the gtag click id conversions because of ad blockers, but were still captured on the backend of the website, to google ads even in the absence of having the GCLID?

If so how, whats the most ideal method?

I elaborated on my question here in this loom video:

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to Google Ads API Forum.

Kindly note that this support channel provides support to Google Ads API (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/start) related concerns and technical implementations only

Can conversions be sent if user is using an ad blocker
>> With regards to the behavior of Google Ads as a product when the person is using ad blocker if these conversions can be sent to Google Ads, I would recommend reaching out to the Google Ads product support team(https://support.google.com/google-ads/gethelp) for further assistance on this concern. They can assist you more appropriately regarding the behavior of Google Ads as a product during these scenarios.

Is there a benefit of Regular Click Conversions versus using an offline conversion import with GCLID?
>> Can you confirm which type of conversion you meant by regular click conversion? You may refer to this guide (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/conversions/overview) regarding Conversion Management in Google Ads API. You may also refer to this guide (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/conversions/upload-clicks) for more information on Upload Click Conversions.
