Google ads api purchase/ transaction identification from Google ads dashboard

Hi,

Can you confirm if total conversion are the total purchases/orders from google ads?

Is 334 in the above image the purchase count?

Also, if purchase_conversions are total orders/purchases, how can I extract them using the api? Can you tell the exact parameter?
