ManagerLinkError: TOO_MANY_ACCOUNTS

When creating a customer client link invitation, we recently started receiving the `ManagerLinkError: TOO_MANY_ACCOUNTS` error. We are also seeing the same error in the Google Ads UI.

After reading through Google's documentation, we can confirm that we qualify for unlimited linked sub-accounts since we have over $1,000,000 in spend / month in the past few months (well above the required $500,000)

We also noticed that our current number of linked accounts is ~2,300 (which is less than our previous limit of 2,500), so we are really unsure as to why we are now receiving this API error code.

Update: Please also note that we ran a script to set over 500 manager link connections to a status of `INACTIVE` (i.e. removed old clients that we no longer work with), and the issue is still persisting (despite only having < 2,000 accounts now).

Could you please provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) so that we can investigate this issue further.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
