Google Ads - Invalid Mobile ID Format

Hi, 

I'm creating Targeted Custom Audiences using Google Ads Api and update them. I know format which Google allows for IOS and Android. I post accordingly and can successfully create and update audience normally.

But I got an Invalid Mobile Id Error for an audience and I couldn't find what caused the error.

Here is the request id, can you check please?

To have a clearer view, could you please provide the complete API request and response logs with request ID and request header that generated on your end where we can see the said error? This information will help our team to further check why this is happening.
