Find attached shared budget to a portfolio bidding strategy

Just run into a problem on GoogleAds: I'm using google ads api query and can't find the portfolio bidding strategies which are (not) attached to any shared budget.

Have this shared budget in my account:

As you may see, it contains a text saying "Attached to Tou-Test" (the name of the portfolio bidding strategy that created along with this shared budget)

The GoogleAds query api reference doesn't contain any field to get the attached bidding strategy for a shared budget: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v9/campaign_budget_query_builder

or vise versa, no field for bidding strategy to get the shared budget: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v9/bidding_strategy_query_builder

Is there a way to only get portfolio bidding strategies without a shared budget attached?

Where is that relation (bidding strategy to shared budget) stored?

P.S. Nor bidding strategy neither the shared budget are attached to a campaign. If they were attached, I could have found the relation bidding_strategy-to-shared-budget using campaign, that is not the case.
