Hi,

is there a chance to get LAT / LON position data with help of the adwords api?

Or directly convert the CityCriteriaId to it?

Hello Markus, 

You will be able to retrieve the latitude and longitude data for already targeted Proximity criteria. You need to include the GeoPoint in the selector when using the CampaignCriterionService to get this data. If you're trying to get the latitude and longitude for the locations in the Geo target list, then it is not possible, as this list specifies locations pertaining to particular geographical region and their criteria Ids.
