Unable too See a Specific Conversion Action

Hi Team,

There is one conversion action that I can see on existing campaign report ,but not on the custom report and API Data Pull.

Can you please help and also let me know how can I share the account details and screenshot privately.

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Could you share the uncropped UI screenshot (with visible customer Id) of the conversion action details from the campaign report, along with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

Hi,

To assist you, can you provide the conversion action Id or name of which you are not able to retrieve using the Google Ads API but you can see in the campaign report. If possible include that specific campaign.ids of your campaign report and uncropped screenshot of the custom report you are referring to.
