Error:QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_LATEST_NETAPI_TNC_NOT_AGREED

I have been working on google adwords for couple of day, it just works
fine when testing on sandbox.

but when I switch the developer token, application token and
clientemail for the RequestHeader, and try to add a campaign, i got
the following error.

QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_LATEST_NETAPI_TNC_NOT_AGREED @

I am using .net with c#. My tokens were approved. How to resolve this?

Hi James,

To complete the signup process you need to agree to the AdWords API
terms and conditions. This is normally done when you set up the
billing information on your MCC user that has the developer token. If
not, then you need to contact your AdWords Account Representative or
adwords...@google.com.
