Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Please be informed that I have removed your response from the forums as it contains the PII information.

Previously, the functionality to include "cart data conversions" within your Google Ads campaigns was restricted to a limited set of allowlisted accounts. However, a significant improvement has been introduced in the latest versions of the Google Ads API. According to the updated documentation on cart data, specifically the cartdata field within the click conversion resource, the requirement for allowlisting has been completely removed. So, you can add the cart data in your upload click conversions request

Upon reviewing the data, I see that conversions were uploaded successfully. However, the cart data is empty. I've confirmed that the conversion action is recording conversions without any issues.

I've observed that the products you uploaded (0011, 64) are currently marked "not eligible" in the Google Ads UI. The issue tab indicates that the ad group has been paused and the account suspended due to a policy violation. I would suggest you to please refer to the following help center articles:

  • Enable the ad group: Link will allow your products to start showing.
  • Policy violation: Link article explains how to remove products that violate our policies or request a manual review.

The provided logs are incomplete as it contains only the request body. To assist you further, could you provide us with the Complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated while uploading conversions.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option or direct private reply to this email.

Thanks,
