Dublin contact for Adwords API developments

My old friend who owns media agency, just asked me about Adwords API  and asked if they can meet any contact in Dublin. Here i paste his message. Would you have any recommendations?

Hope you're doing well.

We have great news to share :)

As boosmart, we've been shortlisted in Google Premier Partners Awards 2016 with 5 out of 8 categories. We will be attend Google Accelerate Event in Dublin on 5th & 6th of December!

This is very exciting, and we planned different things to do there. 

As you might know, we have been in development process for our Google AdWords focused AdTech tool, Adpro for more than 1 year. We are now about to end, and planning to launch our new product. Regarding this matter, we would like to organize a meeting with the guys who are resposible for Google AdWords API and other stuff.

Do you know someone as I stated above?
