CONVERSION_TRACKING_NOT_ENABLED error on display campaigns

When I go to create a display campaign I got below error

Please help me on this issue

Hello,

When using a Target CPA Bidding Scheme, you will first need to meet its eligibility requirements and setup conversion tracking on your account.

If you have already done these and are still facing issues, please share your SOAP request and response through reply privately to author so I can have a look.
