Successfully uploaded Offline Click Conversions not reflected on Google Ads conversion data reporting

Hi Team,

We're experiencing an odd issue with offline click conversions that were successfully uploaded through the Google Ads API not showing up on the Google Ads conversion data report.

We are getting success messages for the uploaded conversions in our server logs, and even on the Google Ads UI > API data quality report we are able to see the right number of  successfully uploaded events.

Note : Large chunk of errors caused by our own attempt to debug the issue by uploading conversion clicks to a newly created set of conversion actions.

Even with the above indications that our uploads were successful, the Google Ads conversion data report still shows 0 conversions.
