Cannot fetch campaigns data from linked account

Trying to get campaigns within linked client but getting following error:

Google clients builds with withLoginCustomerId and withLinkedCustomerId methods.

AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED indicates the account used to make the API request and the account being queried are not linked. Follow the link accounts to your manager accounts guide to link your accounts through the Google Ads UI or link the accounts through the API.
