Gender and age are not displayed

Hi, have a problem with several GA accounts: cant see demographic report anymore starting from the end of June. Is there any bag or GA need to be updated somehow?

Could you let me know the CIDs you are seeing this for, and the report definitions you used through reply privately to author so I can take a closer look?

May be i expressed incorectly, I mean i dont see these data at all.
I work with several accounts - 145398013 and 153113818
Let me show you some examples:
1) Account 145398013
- i can see 13 female users on graphic for the selected period (from June, 1st till July, 09th) But there are 19 female and 17 male and they dont match with graphic - http://prntscr.com/teua7y
- there is no data about age at all http://prntscr.com/teuf4g

2) Account 153113818
- age is not indicated on graph but i can see it in table - http://prntscr.com/teui6f
- gender data does not match between graphic and table - http://prntscr.com/teuj2l
I have got a message "No data" about age and gender several days earlier also for this period

Hi,

What is the interface you are using for this since it looks a bit different from the Google Ads UI? For your account 145398013, I see that there are no campaigns and that it is currently not active. And for the other account, I was unable to find it.

If this issue is not API specific, then you will need to reach out to the product team for assistance.
