Adwords Data export to Google Cloud Storage and use in Big Query

I am a complete newbie and just started using Adwords API and Big Query. What I want to achieve is something like this https://cloud.google.com/customers/sightly/. I want to  take all my Adwords data through API to Google Cloud Storage and use it on Big Query. I researched a lot on this but all I got was contacts of companoes who can do this. I want to excute it myself if it's possible.

Hello,

We could help you to get the AdWords data using AdWords API. However, we will not able to provide support on how to move it to Google Cloud Storage. The developer token, client identifier, client secret and refresh token are required to make AdWords API call. The developer token could be applied using the manager account (MCC). You could create the client identifier, client secret and refresh token by following the steps given in the OAuth2.0 guide. Please check out getting started guide and OAuth2.0 guide for more details.

Thanks for the quick response. Please forgive me for my lack of understanding. Is there any query or any other way I get all Adwords data pulled. I read the documentation of Adwords API and all I can figure out that I can get only the standard reports or I need to query using AWQL. I just want to understand what I am thinking is even possible.

You could use the AdWords API services or AdWords API reports to get AdWords account data. You could use AWQL in the reports and service API calls. Please check out reporting basics guide, GetCampaignsWithAwql and DownloadCriteriaReportWithAwql Java example code from the client library. Other languages example code could be found here.
