Hi Google Ads API team,

I’m currently working on setting location targeting for campaigns using the Google Ads API. In the Google Ads UI, under location options, there is a setting for:

“Presence: People in or regularly in your targeted locations”

I’d like to achieve the same behavior via the API, but I’m having trouble finding the corresponding field or enum to set this preference. Could you please advise:

  1. Which field or setting controls this location targeting option in the Google Ads API (v18)?

  2. What values should be used to replicate this specific behavior (i.e., targeting presence rather than interest or search intent)?

Appreciate any guidance or code examples you can provide. Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Haitian
