Adding Mobile Advertising Ids to user-list

Hi there, I am creating a new user-list and adding around 1000,000 Mobile advertising ids into it, but when we verify customer list from Google ads Dashboard it says that size = 0.

Please have a look into this matter and let me know where am I wrong.

Attached files are python code which I am using to create a user-list and adding maid-ids to it.

To assist you better, could you please provide us with the complete API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request header) generated at your end while uploading customer list via API along with the uncropped UI screenshot (with visible customer id) where the size is showing 0.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
