When I try to add new extension to any level if I do not fetch the existing extensions then they get overwrite by new one. But that is creating problem of everytime I have to add new extension along with existing one combined. That is making all of them like new one as well as old ones to go "UNDER REVIEW" status. Is there any other way just to add new extension without affecting other old extensions using API ?

Hi Pushkar,

In order to update ad extensions, you will first need to fetch all of the existing ones, then send them all back even if you are updating just one item. You have find our guide with steps here.

I understand, I will give you example, I have 3 promotion extension in my account at account level, I want to add one more new promotion along with the old ones. So for that I have to fetch all existing promotions and then add new promotion in it and upload all of them together again. This indeed serves the purpose but all added promotion along with old ones which were approved goes "Under Review". In this case what can I do ?
