Hi Dave,
Could you please clarify what you are looking for? FirstPositionCpc still supports zero impressions, however, if your keyword has a null QualityScore, it will also have a null FirstPositionCpc.
Regards,
Anthony

Hi Anthony,
Even though my keyword(s) have been issued with a quality score, it hasnt triggered my FirstPositionCpc to be generated/calculated.
After performing numerous test conditions the only criteria which supports a FirstPositionCpc to be generated is if 2 or more incoming clicks are made from the first page of the search results pages.
This has been ongoing since 'null' quality score was rolled out back on 10th October.
Can you check for further details via internal sources why a min page threshold has been placed on this. FirstPositionCpc should be supporting zero impressions after QS has been calculated
Thank you
Anthony Madrigal

Hi Dave,
This seems better suited for the AdWords Product Team to answer. For that, you can contact their team by posting on their forum.

Hi Dave,
I will be providing support to you while Anthony is OOO. Regarding your recent question, what Anthony meant was the FirstPositionCpc supports zero impressions (as seen in the documentation).
Thanks,
Joyce, AdWords API Team

Hi Joyce,
The problem is that the documentation advises FirstPositionCpc supports zero impressions, however in reality it isnt.
FirstPageCpc and TopOfPageCpc are still supporting zero impressions but FirstPositionCpc is not. Please can you get the keyword reporting team to rectify this. Im mindeful that v201702 is due for release within the next few weeks so this needs to be rectified before rolling this out.
