To further check your concern, could you provide the screenshot of the UI where you want to get these values so that I can provide the appropriate service for retrieving those values? Also, please provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end when executing the API call for getAccountBudget().

I am extremely disappointed with the google ads support, for months I have been trying to recover the remaining balance in my accounts and I can't and nobody gives me a way forward, it's just that it's not possible to do and that I would have to do a calculation, they don't help me solve the problem that many have according to my research and nothing is done, I'm sad because I'm about to lose my job because of this information that doesn't exist and nobody tells me how to do it.

We totally understand your frustrations; however, as previously mentioned by my colleague (Peter), a feature request has been raised for this (still subject for review). For now, we can suggest that you keep an eye on our blog for updates and new releases.

As for the formula if the remaining budget can be calculated, we highly recommend that you reach out to the Product Team via this link. The product specialists there should be able to provide more context on this.
