Request for Status Update on Standard Access Upgrade for MCC

Dear Google API Support Team,

I am writing on behalf of Thành Vinh Holdings (http://tvhs.asia/) to follow up on our request for upgrading from Basic Access to Standard Access for our MCC account (ID: 164-629-3619). We submitted the required form more than 20 days ago but have not yet received any response.

Given the urgency of our project and the limitations we are facing with the current API access, we would greatly appreciate any updates or guidance on how to proceed with this request. If there is any way to expedite the approval process, please let us know.
