Working with Google Ads Script FROM AdWords/Ads v2 API

I was looking into bulk action recently, and learn that it is supported by "Google Ads Script", which I notice is only accessible via the "Google Ads UI" (At least at my current knowledge).

I would like to know if there a way to work with "Google Ads Script" via the  "AdWords/Ads v2 API". (I won't ask much like full CRUD, only a small example like: posting a text file to the Script section)

I'm currently working with AdWords API.

*Note: I'm not asking "From Script Do API" but "From API Do Script"
